Tesla Cuts Full Self-Driving Subscription Price by 50%

Tesla has reduced the monthly subscription cost for its Full Self-Driving (FSD) suite by 50%, from $199 to $99. However, the purchase price of the FSD suite remains unchanged at $12,000. This suite includes features like Basic Autopilot, Enhanced Autopilot, Autosteer on City Streets, and Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control, all of which are also accessible through the subscription. This pricing adjustment follows less than a day after Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, reacted to a suggestion on the social media platform 𝕏 that reducing the price could boost uptake.
