Does the ScentWedge freshener work with all cars?

No, the Scentwedge air freshener currently only works with Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y.

Model 3 Refresh will require an adapter.

How do I install ScentWedge?

Will ScentWedge work with an aftermarket dash?

The short answer is No. If you have changed to an aftermarket dash, ScentWedge will not work for you.

Where are your products made?

We design and manufacture our products in Berkeley, California, USA, unless otherwise specified on the product description.

How can I change my order?

Changing your order is simple. Just send an email to breathe@scentwedge.com and let us know what you would like to change to. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet we can do the swap.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All USA orders have a free shipping option. Free shipping for ScentWedge kits usually does not include tracking. For orders over $50, we provide free shipping with tracking. We primarily use USPS however you can choose an alternative method at checkout.

International orders over $100 qualify for free shipping via USPS

When will I get my order?

We try to ship everything out within 1-2 business days. Transit times depend on the selected carrier but our domestic average is 2-5 business days transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.


We primarily ship with USPS which costs on average around $16 and can take 7-16 days to arrive. Free international shipping is available for orders over $100. Faster options are also available at checkout however they cost significantly more.

Please note, additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are. Orders shipped within USA usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email.

What do you ship with?

We primarily ship with USPS, but alternatives like UPS and DHL are also available options at checkout.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Sometimes orders get lost. If you think your order may have been lost in transit, please email breathe@scentwedge.com for most domestic cases, we will reship your order, free of charge.

Returns

How do I return ScentWedge?

We know scent is subjective and that's why we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping fees.


If you are returning a single kit then return shipping is not necessary. Just send an email to breathe@scentwedge.com and share your thoughts with us. We usually reply within 24hrs and will issue a refund accordingly.


If you purchased multiple kits then a return shipment will be necessary. A return shipping label can be provided. All shipping costs will be deducted from the return and a restocking fee may be applied. 

How do I return DeskWedge?

DeskWedge must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of the original shipping date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A return shipping label can be provided but the shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

The returned DeskWedge will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How do I return the Walnut Overlay?

The Walnut Overlay must be in new condition and returned with the backing film in tact. All original content and packaging must be shipped back within 30 days of the original shipping date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A return shipping label can be provided however if you choose to use it, the shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

The returned Walnut Overlay will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
