This has been an exciting week for Tesla and the community. Tesla announced the date of its 3:1 stock split which is August 25th. Tesla shareholders recently voted in favor of the proposed stock split at the Tesla Cyber Roundup, its annual shareholder meeting held at Giga Texas.
Tesla Model Y deliveries began in Australia a few hours after the vehicles arrived. TechAU reported on the delivery of a Model Y SR with a white interior in Canberra. That customer took delivery of their Model Y on August 4.
Tesla shareholders got a great look at the Tesla Semi during the Cyber Roundup. In one of the photos, you can see that the Semi has three cameras on its side mirrors. One of the cameras was installed at the far end of the mirror.
One was encased just like Tesla's B-pillar cameras in its other vehicles. And there was another camera along the bottom.
There's been some updates to the Tesla Cybertruck prices but we don't know the numbers just yet. However, Elon Musk said a lot has changed since the unveiling of the beautiful beast of a truck but this will make the price change worth it.
Elon Musk also said that the next Tesla Gigafactory location could be announced this year. This is big news for Tesla as its factories are a key component of its massive success. The future for Tesla is bright and exciting.
