Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your ScentWedge order, contact us at: breathe@scentwedge.com. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Free returns: single kits and the Discovery Set

• Email us to request a return and we will refund you. There is no need to ship the item back.

30-day returns: multi-kit orders, The Collective, DeskWedge, the Refresh Adapter and all accessories

• Ship the item back to us within 30 days, in new condition and in the original packaging.
• The buyer pays return shipping. We can provide a return shipping label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
• A restocking fee may apply.

Subscriptions: not returnable

• Cancel anytime from the link in your order emails or by emailing us. We recommend trying the Discovery Set before subscribing.

Gift cards: not returnable

All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
