ScentWedge Kit Return Policy:

• Return any ScentWedge kit (except subscriptions) within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping costs.
• For single kit purchases, no need to return. Just email us your thoughts for a refund.
• For multiple kits, return them to us. We can provide a return shipping label, but using it reduces your refund and a 50% restocking fee may apply.
• Subscription items are non-refundable. We recommend trying the Discovery Set before subscribing.

All Other Accessories Return Policy:

• Must be in new condition and returned in original packaging within 30 days.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a return shipping label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund. ScentWedge cannot accept any shipping costs for returned merchandise.
