Shipping

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment usually takes 3-5 days from when the order is placed. Occasionally it can take up to 10 days. This is because we make everything in small batches and sometimes production gets backed up due to an influx of new customers. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will get an email update. 

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note, for international customers additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders shipped within USA will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What do you ship with?

We primarily ship with USPS First Class Mail but other options can be selected at checkout.

USA tracking number?

Free domestic shipping is shipped via USPS First Class Mail and therefore does not have a tracking number.

International tracking number?

Free international shipping does not include a tracking number. All paid international shipments or orders over $75 are shipped with tracking included. You can find the tracking information in the shipment confirmation e-mail, or contact us at breathe@scentwedge.com

Returns

How Do I return a ScentWedge kit?

We know scent is subjective, that's why we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus any shipping fees.

In most cases, return shipping is not necessary. If return shipment is necessary, a return shipping label can be provided however if you choose to use it, the shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

How Do I Return a DeskWedge?

DeskWedge must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.Item must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date.Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A return shipping label can be provided however if you choose to use it, the shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund and subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

ScentWedge cannot accept freight costs of any returned merchandise.
