Fulfillment usually takes 3-5 days from when the order is placed. Occasionally it can take up to 10 days. This is because we make everything in small batches and sometimes production gets backed up due to an influx of new customers. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will get an email update.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note, for international customers additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
It depends on where you are. Orders shipped within USA will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We primarily ship with USPS First Class Mail but other options can be selected at checkout.
Free domestic shipping is shipped via USPS First Class Mail and therefore does not have a tracking number.
Free international shipping does not include a tracking number. All paid international shipments or orders over $75 are shipped with tracking included. You can find the tracking information in the shipment confirmation e-mail, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We know scent is subjective, that's why we accept returns of all items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus any shipping fees. Just send us an e-mail including your reason for the return plus order number to email@example.com
For DeskWedge, we will send you a return shipping label. The DeskWedge must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund, minus shipping expense.
