Tesla Semi event, free Thanksgiving Supercharging & more Tesla news

Tesla has a lot going on this week. Although Elon Musk has been in court over his 2018 pay package, making rapid fire changes at Twitter and prepping for a Neuralink event just after the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday, there's been a bit of good Tesla news that may have been over looked.

PepsiCo is preparing to take delivery of the first all-electric Tesla Semi trucks and Tesla is inviting select shareholders to take part in the celebrations at Giga Nevada. Invites have already started going out

Tesla is also helping its customers gear up for this year's holiday travel and is offering free Supercharging during off-peak hours for the Thanksgiving holiday. Superchargers along select travel routes in Texas, California, Nevada and Oklahoma will be free at off peak hours to ease the burden of this year's holiday travel.

In China, the Tesla Model S Plaid exhibition opened during the nation's fifth China International Import Expo. Visitors were invited to sit inside the vehicle and explore some of its features.
